More Happy Homeowners

I got Shane's information from a friend of mine about 3 years ago. At that time my husband and I didn't have the best credit. Shane gave us a list of things we needed to do to get out credit scores up and back in good standing. He also offered us classes and he told us his cellphone was always on. And it was! He answered every question we asked and clarified anything that I wasn't sure on. Well, we had some issues with a landlord from our rent house and we were put between a rock and a hard place. My mother in law offered to help us purchase a home. We ended up going to a different lender and it was awful from beginning to end. She was terrible at communicating to us and made us wait days for a response via email or phone call/text. She made it seem like everything was fine until the day prior to when we were supposed to close. She called us stating that our loan wasn't going to work and it was never going to work. She drug us through 30 stressful days off but knowing what was going to happen, or if we were even going to have a place to live. When she told me our loan wasn't going to work I cried. I picked up the phone and dialed Shane and explained what happened. He was hurt first because we tried to get a loan after he told us we couldn't get one and second because the other lender did us badly. Shane then went to work! He pulled everything we had given him, gave us another list of things to do and told me to give him a little time. Again, he came back and told us we had to wait. At that point I was nervous because we moved into the house we were going buy just to get out of our rental home. I was nervous because if we couldn't get the loan by a certain deadline we would have to vacate the premises. I was pregnant at the time and we have a 3 year old so the stress was enough to make me sick. But, Shane had us. Fast forward a few months, I had our second daughter, we completed his check list and we were ready to take on the process again. He told me he was going take on the stress and he did! We were told we had to use the same way lady to finish out our loan and I called Shane about in tears because I didn't want to go through that again. He said "don't you worry about a thing" he hung up with me and called the seller! He told them if they needed anything to call him directly, he was going to be handling everything from here until closing! Wow! From now on I refer to him as our financial bouncer! We have never had anyone stick up for us and fight for us like he did. Over the last few years Shane has become like family! Whenever we decide to move or build our next home he will be my first call!! Love love love our lender! 

Shane was amazing to work with! Throughout the process he had great communication, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional! It is obvious that he cares about the quality of work he is doing and about his clients. It was a pleasure to work with him and I look forward to doing more business together!! I will definitely tell other realtors about his exceptional work ethic and will refer him to other agents!

Shane Lester lives up to the name of "INTEGRITY" & Professionalism! Me and my wife was shock of the process it took. In 2017, the first company we used didn't really show any interest, we had to go through a lot of loops. Mr. Shane Lester were totally different and very helpful and nice to have  a list of things we needed and they brought a sense of hope back to us again.
